Patients are seen by scheduled appointment. The hospital's hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays.
We try to see our clients as close to their scheduled appointment time as possible, but sometimes delays occur due to emergencies. Thank you for understanding.

All scheduled surgery, dental and anesthesia patients should be dropped off in the morning between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. No food should be given after midnight the night before the scheduled procedure, and all water should be removed from the patient the morning of the procedure.
Upon arrival, please check in with our reception staff. All new clients will be asked to fill out a new client form. Any additional information regarding your appointment will be obtained at that time, and any requested documents you brought with you will be reviewed and added to your medical record.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Payment is expected when services are rendered. If your pet requires hospitalization and/or surgery, written estimates will be provided. Please understand that although we do our best to be as accurate as possible, sometimes additional costs of up to 20% of the given estimate may be incurred. We will advise you of any changes in your pet's estimate for services as soon as we become aware of them. A 50% deposit on hospitalization estimates is requested. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
